Featuring a proprietary dual-helical (double helical) tooth profile, each belt tooth is arranged in a signature V-shaped pattern at symmetrical spiral angles. This design achieves what straight-tooth belts cannot: it self-cancels axial thrust forces at the source, eliminating additional bearing loads and reducing component wear across the entire drive train.

Available in both rubber and high-performance polyurethane (PU), these herringbone solutions have earned KUEISN the distinction of being one of China's earliest private manufacturers of herringbone-tooth synchronous belts. Our herringbone pulley systems have also received German Elaflex technical certification, reinforcing their readiness for the most demanding global industrial applications.
